WALKER MUSEUM
The Walker School houses artifacts and hosts educational events to preserve Bruderheim’s heritage. Our museum is open by appointment and on Canada Day. We’ve got an extensive and great history!
Our Community Gardens are a food sustainability, educational experience for all members of the community. They make great use of the land and they are esthetically pleasing. Our goal is that the produce is donated to the County Food Bank. Come and pitch in!

We belong to the best of the best! The Alberta Assoc. of Ag Societies advocates for and provides resources to their membership of 293 Agricultural Societies.
OUR OWN SOCIETY
We are a stand-alone, not-for-profit community agricultural society. We perform many services and put on special events for the enjoyment and education, for our residents.
Bruderheim is a “blooming” success and has been awarded the winner in our population category at the 2019 National Communities in Bloom Competition.

We love to pass down gardening skills to the next generation and have them reap the tasty benefits. Food from our gardens also goes to the Bruderheim Food Bank

Farmers marketplaces are intended to sell foods directly by farmers to consumers. Support our area farmers and hobby farmers and buy local...the produce is fresh, always.
CRAFT SALES
Crafts sold at craft fairs celebrate the diversity and culture of the community. Buying at craft fairs supports local entrepreneurs and economy. Keep the money at home!

TREE PLANTING
Hundreds of native species, including fruit species, have been planted to date. Many will be added over time. Trees are planted at the Bruderheim Ag Grounds.
